Soul Support will add a new topic to the message board each week. It is recommended that you visit the message board each week, read what people are saying and then post a positive message of your own.

Who comes up with the message board topics?

The Soul Support staff comes up with the message board topics but if there is a topic you would like to discuss we encourage our customers to contact us via email with any message board ideas. The website is as much your online community as it is Soul Support's.

Who is eligible to participate in the Community Empowerment Partnership Program (CEPP)?

•  Non-Profit organizations
•  Schools

What is the approval process for the CEPP?

After submission of the online form, we will ask that your organization submit a proof of your 501C3 status. The Soul Support staff will research your company and contact you upon acceptance.

How will your organization receive credit for your contributor's purchases?

At the time of checkout from the online store your contributors will be directed to enter your organizations name in the CEPP field. Your organization will receive a percentage of the total product purchase. It's that simple.

How often are funds distributed to organizations taking part in the CEPP program?

Funds are distributed quarterly to participating organizations.

Who is eligible to participate in the fundraising program?

How does the fundraising process work?

•  Submit the online application
•  Once approved, Soul Support will distribute the fundraising forms to your organization along with supporting forms
•  Upon completion of your fundraising efforts simply submit the proper portion of the fundraising forms along with the collected monies to the Soul Support offices.
•  Once Soul Support receives the forms and payment we will send your organization the fund earned as well as the products purchased.

How will Soul Support assist in your organizations fundraising efforts?

Soul Support has set up a fundraising system to make your organizations fundraising efforts as easy and profitable as possible. Once your organization is approved Soul Support will supply you with:

•  Soul Support product order sheets
•  Soul Support information sheet
•  Fundraising posters
•  Press release for your organization to submit to your local media outlets

How is the CEPP program different from the fundraising program?

The CEPP program affords your organization the opportunity to continuously raise funds through our online store. The fundraising program is for a specified period of time and your organization will receive monies earned at the conclusion of your fundraising efforts.
